CUSTOMER CARE
No returns or refunds on handmade (crocheted or knitted) merchandise. All handmade items are machine washable when applied on delicate or gentle tumble. For any issues please reach out to me via the contact me section, insert your information and I will be in touch with you regarding your concerns. For special orders on handmade blankets, please use the contact me form to insert any special requests for approval before making a purchase.
Due to all handmade items being made on order, processing and shipping delay may apply. One of a kind items are sold and may not be replicated. All blanket orders may take 2-3 weeks to receive order.

Custom designed merchandise such as graphic apparel and accessories are created using a third party vendor. Third party vendors has unique return shipping instructions. For any questions, please utilize the contact me form and I will be sure to assist.
Standard shipping applies for custom merchandise.
